Highlights
- Sangeh Nature Tourism Object is not only famous for its tame kerf, but because of the 10ha. Homogeneous Nutmeg Forest (Dipterocarpus trinervis), the seeds are inedible and also the Bukit Sari Temple which is a heritage temple of the 17th century at the time of the heyday of the Mengwi kingdom.
- Jatiluwih Rice Terraces in the heart of Tabanan Regency is the best example of Bali's outstanding picturesque rice fields and represent the Subak system as Bali's Cultural Landscape which has been inscribed a UNESCO's World Heritage Site in June 2012
- Taman Ayun, which means beautiful garden established since the days of empire, precisely constructed in 1634 by the first king of the Kingdom of Mengwi, I Gusti Ngurah Agung Sakti or Tjokorda Blambangan.
- Tanah Lot Temple, Imagine the image of a Balinese temple (pura) perched high on the rock, facing the wide open ocean. With the crashing waves below and the dramatic colors of the dusk sky as background, lit by the slowly disappearing sun.
- Ulun Danu Temple. In the mild, mountain weather, approximately 1,500 meters above sea level, the air is crisp and cool. The stunningly clear lake is calm and almost perfectly still, save for the soft breeze that occasionally sweeps across, creating tiny ripples upon its surface. A thin mist rises from the lake and hangs in the air, surrounding the temple, giving it a somewhat surreal appearance.
